If for any reason you feel that our service did not live up to your expectations or you think that somehow our service did not meet your standards of excellence. Request a cancellation and pay only for the period you have consumed.

Requesting a Refund
Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:
1- Login to your account got click my subscriptions.
2- Click the service in question,
3- On the subscription details page scroll down and select *Request Cancellation*.
4- Fill the required info and submit
